  • Same day delivery is possible according to availability, ensure you place your order before 12pm for a better chance at receiving your order on the same day.

  • Processing times vary based on order volume, but we strive to fulfill all orders within the next available shipping day.

Delivery Time

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are currently set to a flat rate of 45egp throughout cairo and Giza.

  • We currently do not offer collections for any orders.
