Are your products Halal and vegan-friendly?

Yes! All of our baked goods are 100% Halal.
We currently do not offer vegan options, as our recipes are crafted using premium dairy ingredients, including real butter and high-quality chocolate.

What is the shelf life of your cookies?

With the exception of our fresh cream-stuffed cookies, our cookies stay fresh for up to 7 days when properly sealed in their packaging.

For the best experience, we recommend warming them before serving—15 seconds in the microwave or 1–2 minutes in an air fryer at 160°C. Allow them to cool slightly before enjoying to unlock their full texture and flavour.

When will I receive my order?

Our cookies are baked fresh and delivered the same day where possible.

Orders typically require 1 working day to process. For same-day delivery, please place your order before 12 PM.
